Origin:  South Africa Botanical Name:Cyclopia intermedia Description:  Honeybush is also known as berg tea or mountain tea. It is so named because the flowers smell of honey. The taste of honeybush tea is similar to that of rooibos but a little sweeter. Ingredients: organic honey bush (no caffeine, medium antioxidant) Brewing Instructions:Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in just boiled water that is around 200°F-212°F, for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on taste.
