Creamy and delicious.  I was not sure how this would work with the matcha powder since I am used to eating these with fruit and soda flavors, but I must say its now my favorite.  There is no stick format, only bag with 17-18 individually wrapped pieces.  The pieces seem to be a lot larger than the stick ones.
