Pennant Birthday Card

Pennants in light colors are the focal point of this birthday card.  They are wrapped with pink grosgrain ribbon and accented with a coordinating dimensional flower.  The blue and white diagonal patterned paper is covered by a paper strip printed with various birthday words.  A Happy Birthday stamp with a fun border is used on layered paper.  The finishing touch is a thin orange bow.
