This project has been in the works since 2019. I attended a ceramic workshop at my friends studio in order to create a 'cherry' cup and plate for myself. I realised that moulding shapes was quite hard, and would take a lot of practice. I would need to be hard and smooth; like a rock and a river. Perhaps, it wasn't the time for me to become a potter. I had a lot of fun, but it was stressful at the same time! Thus, this Tutti Fruity collection was born from my ideas and failures during this time. The Cherry on Top design was prototyped from this workshop. I transposed the hand painted ceramic pattern onto paper through collage. The framework
