CoopeDota, established in 1960, is a leading Costa Rican coffee cooperative known for its dedication to sustainability. With nearly 900 members, the cooperative operates a carbon-neutral mill using hydro-powered energy and eco-friendly processes. Sweet, clean and tart with a smooth mouthfeel; bakers chocolate, almond, and toffee. Very versatile, this coffee can be used for drip, pour-over, cold brew, or single origin espresso.
