home grown love

11 x 14 mixed media on fine art paper in gold frame. One of my favorite artistic practices is incorporating affirmations into my paintings. Self-love is at the center of my work, and this piece embodies it fully. I painted a love letter to myself with no intention of reading it, but knowing what it said. I took that painting and cut it into a flower and the sun, paired with the golden silhouette of a woman who is reaching up. A gentle reminder to self, that what we nourish will grow.    Please allow 1-2 weeks for packaging and shipping.
