This Executive Functioning Caregiver Survey is for Caregivers supporting Autistic students. It can also be useful for any student who may be having executive functioning challenges or additional needs. This survey is in alignment with our research on executive functioning and surrounding framework, which is student-centered and focused on identifying and meeting student needs across ages. Objective: Educators will learn about and identify executive functioning skill areas that may be of need for students they support.
