If your tool is not a North American Region tool, we will unfortunately not be able to process your order, and a full refund will be issued. Please follow these steps to confirm your tool's region: Log in to your Autel Account: Go to pro.autel.com and log in with your credentials. Navigate to "My Devices": Once logged in, click on the "My Devices" tab. Locate the "Region" Section: Under each of your registered tools, you will see a "Region" section. Please verify that it explicitly states "Region: North America," as shown in the example image below:  Provide Your Tool's Serial Number: As you check out, please add your tool's Serial Number in the customer notes section of your order.
