On the upper panel/cover there are 2 small chips, one on either side, neither can be seen once installed. Seems to be a common things as I've had multiple panels, including the one in my personal car, that have chips in nearly the exact same location. On the lower trim piece there is a crack. It's not super noticeable once installed, just looks like a scratch. Brackets included.
