Dielectric grease should be applied inside of all JST connectors on your halos or DRLs to protect the metal pins from corrosion caused by moisture. Dielectric Grease Most connections (especially JST) are mounted in the engine bay and if not protected can begin to get corroded, putting dielectric grease inside the connections protects electrical connections and wiring from salt, dirt and corrosion.
