This system uses vacuum-actuated valve flaps that adjust based on driving conditions and driver input. At lower engine speeds, the valves close for a deeper sound, while at wide-open throttle, they open to unleash the full symphony of the engine. The exhaust valves are controlled by backpressure and can be customized using the included CES-3 Control Module, which provides three modes operated via a remote key fob: Cruise: Valves open at higher RPMs. Sport: Valves open at lower RPMs and during hard acceleration.
