Connect one end of the Blue Hose to the LP Hose Connector and the other end to the Blue Coupler. Connect one end of the Red Hose to the HP Hose Connector and the other end to the Red Coupler. Connect Yellow Hose: Β A.DIAGNOSTIC CHECK: Connect one end of the Yellow Hose to the Charging Hose Connector and the other end to the Charge Valve on that Connector. B.EVACUATION: Connect one end of the Yellow Hose to the Charging Hose Connector and the other end to the refrigerant recovery system/vacuum pump. C.CHARGING: Connect one end of the Yellow Hose to the Charging Hose Connector and the other end to the refrigerant supply with a Can Tap. Close LP Manifold Valve, HP Manifold Valve, both Coupler, Can Tap. Attach the Blue Coupler to the suction LP port and the Red Coupler to the discharge HP port on the A/C system. Turn on the vehicle and allow it to reach normal operating temperature. Β Then, turn on the A/C system. Open both Coupler. Read the pressure on both of the Gauges and compare to the manufacturerβs recommended readings. Close both Coupler. Β Turn off the vehicle and the A/C system if the dynamic check was done Turn on the refrigerant recovery system/vacuum pump. Open both Couplers, open LP Manifold Valve, HP Manifold Valve. Read the amount of vacuum on the Blue LP Gauge. Shut off the refrigerant recovery system/vacuum pump when the vacuum level reaches the manufacturerβs recommended level. Close both Couplers, close LP Manifold Valve, HP Manifold Valve. Turn on the vehicle and allow it to come up to normal operating temperature. Then, turn on the A/C system(about 5-10 minutes). Connect the refrigerant CAN / CYLINDER and open it with Can Tap. Open Blue Coupler, open Blue LP Manifold Valve.Β Read the amount of vacuum on the Blue LP gauge, and according to the value to select the appropriate capacity of refrigerant. Observe the refrigerant filling condition through the Sight Glass and the Blue LP gauge. Close Blue Coupler when the refrigerant volume is in line with the manufacturer's recommendations. Close Can Tap, close Blue LP Manifold Valve, turn off the vehicle and the A/C system. Carefully disconnect the Couplers from the A/C system, the hoses may contain residual refrigerant.
