It is a winery that brings together a state-of-the-art fermentation system.The reward; wines ripe with intense flavor and color.   The 2021 Napa Cabernet is a blend of 100% hillside grown grapes from vineyards in Spring Mountain District, Oakville, Fountaingrove District. These grapes are hand harvested at night, cold soaked for 48 Hours, fermented on the skins for an average of 14 days and aged in French oak for 22 months, 30% new oak.  This Cab leads with the bright, classic dark red f
