Animation Production Cel Seaworld Commercial Cartoon Girl with Star Fish

Original Production sketch from a vintage Seaworld commercial from either the eighties or early 90s. The art gallery we purchased it from told us that it was definitely from a Seaworld commercial ,but we've been unable to find the commercial. If you're unfamiliar with animation cels, they are hand painted frames of animation that were used to make an animated series of film. Each production cel or sketch represents part of the movement process and are hand painted or hand drawn by animators so no two are exactly alike. They're a lot like movie props. :) This Hand Drawn Animatior's sketch was used to make one cel for frame of animation that you would see on your screen! This is a standard sized sketch of a Girl with happy starfish labeled G-28. Sketch has several spots and marks from age and storage, no major damages though.
