Trooper Jacket

A RE-INTRODUCTION OF THE CLASSIC. Based closely on the paratrooper jacket used during the French Indo-China Campaign, this coat is an oversied conglomeration of pockets and snaps – every one of them useful. Generous design allowed for freedom of movement as troopers descended from the sky. Epaulettes have working buttons. Inside you’ll find four more pockets for documents, gear and the removeable hood. Closure is snap-flap over brass zipper, with adjustable waist, hips and cuffs with no-leak gussets. The six snaps flanking the bottom of the zipper are vestiges of its paratrooping days; straps from the chute pack would come between the legs to prevent the jacket from ballooning over the face and head.
