Add-On - Custom Power

Early Bird Pricing - $1000 (purchased by March 7, 2025)  Custom Power Pricing - $1,500 (starts on March 8, 2025)  On-site Custom Power Pricing - $2,500 (April 21-23, 2025) If the power requirement for your booth exceeds 10 amps of 120v power, you are required to add custom power to your purchase. To ensure that you do not miss the early bird pricing, place your order by March 7. The fee for additional power increases starting March 8 and orders for custom power can't be made or changed between April 5 and April 20. Clause* AVI Systems cannot guarantee your request for custom power if made on the day of set up during the show (April 21-23). If you request custom power on the day of setup or during the show, your company will be responsible for any additional charges reflected on your final invoice.
