Early Bird Pricing - $1,500 (purchased by March 7, 2025) Hardwired Internet Pricing - $2,000 (starts on March 8, 2025)  On-site Hardwired Internet Pricing - $3,000 (April 21-23, 2025) All Gaylord Texan hotel guests will have access to the same venue WiFi network during the event. If your booth needs reliable, high-speed internet service to run any hardware, software, or applications, we encourage you to purchase hardwired internet. The fee for hardwired internet increases starting March 8 and orders for hardwired internet can't be made or changed between April 5 - April 20. Clause* AVI Systems cannot guarantee your request for hardwired internet if made on the day of set up or during the show (April 21-23). If you request hardwired internet on the day of setup or during the show, your company will be responsible for any additional charges reflected on your final invoice.
