This process is considered natural and gentle because it uses water instead of chemical solvents to remove the caffeine. Other decaffeination methods include the Swiss Water Process, the Sugarcane EA process, and chemical solvent decaffeination. We taste cocoa, cinnamon, toasted marshmallow When brewing we find notes of bakers cocoa, warming cinnamon and toasted marshmallows.
