Cosmic Child A Portrait of Soul Alignment This painting is a self-portrait of who I am when I’m connected to my highest self. I painted myself sitting in meditation, blooming from a lotus. The Tree of Life flows through me—sefirot stretching from the earth to the heavens. The bottom becomes the top. The top becomes the bottom. (Malchut becomes the Keter of the next level) The sefirot are the spiritual and physical blueprint of all of creation. This is where heaven meets earth. The melding of spiritual and physical. This piece is a prayer. A process. A remembering. A manifestation. It’s about finding our center in a world of chaos and destruction. However, when we tune in to that quiet place within, there is divine wisdom, there is wholeness. We are all cosmic children—souls made of stardust. This painting was made while teaching my first round of the Soul Journey Painting Course, and it feels completely fitting that this is what started my journey. We are all children of God. We are al
