Our Matcha is ceremonial-grade and perfect to use in recipes or to make tea. Matcha has been used for centuries for weight loss, mood boosting and as a powerful natural anti-oxidant.  Ingredients: Organic Fair Trade Green Matcha Tea Powder- 100% Certified Organic, Kosher Certified, Fair Weight (including packaging): 50g = 55g Directions: Use 1 tsp of Matcha per 8 oz of water. Pour hot water (175-180 deg F) over tea. Do not use boiling water. Steep 2-4 minutes. Strain and serve immediately.
