Ingredients: Organic Blackberry leaf- 30%, organic Linden leaf and flower- 25%, organic Peppermint- 25%, organic Lemon Balm- 10%, and organic Marshmallow leaf- 10%. Weight (including packaging): 50g = 55g Certified Organic, Kosher certified, and 100% Caffeine free. Directions: Steep 1 tbs in hot water for 5-10 min. Strain, relax, and enjoy.
