Typically, titanium alloy plates are laminated, forged, and twisted to create unique patterns. But this traditional method can sometimes make it difficult to produce larger billets, and the output tends to be unstable.To overcome these limitations, we developed a hot rolling process for producing Damascus Titanium rods. The titanium alloy plates are now laminated, forged, hot rolled, and then twisted. We also use thicker plates to form the billet, which leads to fewer surface defects, more consistent rod shapes, and more striking patterns.
