PREMIUM LIFETIME WARRANTY All of the products sold by Jarwest.com have been carefully curated and made sure that they have been built to the absolute highest standards. We know how high quality our products are, but we have also heard from many of you and many of you have expressed that you would like a perfect peace of mind to know that your purchases are protected no matter what happens.   So - we've listened to you, and instead of a basic warranty, we're proud to be able to introduce the Jarwest.com LIFETIME Warranty. For a very nominal fee, you will NEVER need to worry about your purchase with us again. With it, you can put to rest anything life throws at you because we'll have you covered. WARRANTY DETAILS Warranty TermsJarwest.com warranties are subject to the following terms: all Jarwest.com warranties are non-transferrable and are only available to the original end-user of the product. To request a replacement product under a warranty policy, you must contact support@jarwest.com, provide proof of purchase and request the replacement. You will also be required to provide a valid credit card number.  By purchasing this warranty, you agree that you will receive a digital version of this warranty and that a physical warranty card will not be sent. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY With this purchase, Jarwest.com warrants up to three (3) products against wear and damage during their lifetime. Products must be purchased in the same transaction as this Warranty or within a 12-hour window if purchased in a separate order. You must register your warranty claim at support@jarwest.com and return the damaged product to Jarwest.com. Jarwest.com, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is of equal value. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number and be required to pay a $5.99 shipping and handling charge for the replacement product. Failure to return the original Jarwest.com product within sixty (60) days will result in your credit card being charged the full retail price of the replacement product. The purchaser of this warranty must demonstrate proof that they still have the item in their possession in order to be eligible. This Warranty is only valid to products purchase for personal use, and not for retailers, wholesalers, or distributors.  It applies ONLY to items that it is purchased along with AND orders purchased on the same day as this warranty. It warrants only ONE replacement/refund over the course of a lifetime for each individual product covered.WARRANTY LIMITATIONS The above warranty does not apply to products which are (i) repaired, modified or altered by any party other than Jarwest.com; (ii) used in conjunction with equipment not provided or authorized by Jarwest.com; or (iii) subjected to unusual physical conditions, thermal conditions, improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident or negligence in the use, storage, transportation or handling. On-site warranty repair is not covered under this warranty.
