6” x 9” Carrot cake, with layers of our homemade peanut butter. a great addition for parties of 4 or more dogs.  For the artwork, please email your dog’s pictures or your desired theme/ drawing to contact@axelandtia.com with your order number or name in the subject of the email. include the day of delivery or pick up in the box titled instructions to seller located in the cart window.  please order the cake at least 5 days in advance. Cakes are available for local delivery in Manhattan, parts of Brooklyn, Astoria & LIC only.  Pick up is by appointment in Bay Ridge Brooklyn.    Ingredients:  Carrots Apples Peanut Butter Coconut Oil Brown Rice Flour Gluten Free Oat Flour  Frosting: Greek Yogurt plant based food coloring
