You can affix non-hot-fix rhinestones to your project by using adhesive like E6000 or E7000. To prevent excessive glue application, it's advisable to use a syringe for precise placement. Due to the small size of the rhinestones, tweezers or wax pens should be used to pick them up individually and position them on the glue-applied area.
