The Netrunr E24 gateway communicates with IoT devices over the popular Bluetooth Low Energy protocol. In a typical application scenario, the E24 gateway is configured as a Bluetooth central device. In this mode, it can maintain multiple concurrent connections with Bluetooth peripherals and run background scans for Bluetooth advertisements.
