By incorporating a structural component over the pad, weight is evenly distributed, preventing the shoulder straps of plate carriers from cutting into the shoulder and reducing fatigue.The pads offer added adjustability for proper armor placement, improved quick-release system functionality, integrated cable routing, and trifold flap access for easy plate height and ride adjustment.
