Our spotter arms are sold in pairs & make a great addition to most 3x3 rig systems that accommodates a 5/8” diameter pin. They come with hitch pins secured by lynch pins for added safety and quick adjustments. UHMW is also included to help protect your barbell. Not recommended for a static hold of over 500lbs. *DO NOT DROP WEIGHT FROM A HEIGHT THAT CAN DAMAGE THE SPOTTER ARMS OR YOUR BARBELL.
