Sizing Please measure your neck with a thread where you want the necklace to sit.Every necklace includes a +3 inch extender. Optional Charm Add-Ons For this design, the only extra charm shapes I can add without changing the design are:star, moon, and pearl drops.If you’d like something more complex or different, please request a custom order instead.
