Artemisia (Wormwood) goes by several different names. Some of the common names for the wormwood plant include: artemisia plant, artemisia herb, and the sweet annie herb or “sweet wormwood.” Wormwood is commonly used in support of: Loss of appetite* May help with upset stomach* Gastrointestinal support* May help with Intestinal spasms* Liver support* May help with digestion, indigestion, and more* Directions: Add at least 1 tbsp of herbs in 16-20oz of water. Bring water (with herbs) to a boil over a medium fire, then reduce to low and simmer for another 5-15 minutes. Strain and pour into cups. Add sweetener if needed. Drink twice a day You can drink a freshly prepared cup of warm wormwood tea a maximum three times a day – half an hour before meals if you lack or to regulate appetite, half an hour after meals if you have digestive problems.
