Lung Cleanse Herbal Blend Tea

Healthy Lung Herbal Blends (3oz) May be used as Expectorant* May help soothe a sore throat that is irritated by common cough ailments* May help soften and eliminate secretions that form with phlegm*   Ingredients: Eucalyptus, Elderberry Flower, Mullein Flower, Star Anise, Bugambia Pulmonaria, Ginkgo Biloba   Directions: Add at least 1 tbsp of tea in 16-20oz of water. Bring water (with herbs) to a boil over a medium fire, then reduce to low and simmer for another 5-15 minutes. Strain and pour into cups. Drink twice a day as needed.
