Natural Tamegroute Vase #9
STORY: Tamegroute is a small village located in the Draa River valley in southern Morocco - just outside the Sahara Desert. Within the main square of Tamegroute, you find 7 ovens which belong to the only 7 pottery families. Each family has 1 oven and their own "showroom" built of clay. The trade is carried over between generations. Tamegroute pottery are true showpieces showing that even imperfect can be perfect - no two pieces will be identical. Note: Due to the nature of the firing process and materials, color variation exists. Material | Natural clay *Please note: hand-made nature will come with slight variations.
