Our double headed Bassa Baskets are woven by hand by women in the Bolgatanga region of Ghana The elephant grass is given to them and the baskets empower them and their families to be lifted into prosperity Each basket takes a few weeks to make and is different due to the natural dyes and craft The double headed baskets are a true piece of art , very unique and malleable when shipped they tend to bend , so spraying them very lightly with water and shaping them gently will get them back into its original shape Size 25 x 25 x 35 inches 87 x 62 x 62 cm Made in Ghana
