Caesar Moderna Board

The Caesar salad has been modernized. This board includes a loaf of "crouton" crostini, two heads of romaine lettuce, cucumbers, chunks of parmesan, lemon, tomatoes, capers, tin anchovies in olive oil and lemon juice. We included homemade caesar dressing, parmesan crisps and roasted chick peas to add that bite and crunch each bite. All built on a custom North Carolina made cutting board for the customer to reuse and enjoy. Feeds 10-15
