Hansel Alpine Boy

Hansel is so sweet! He’s been a part of the cookie jar collection for decades, but it’s hard to figure out when he was made because nothing is printed on the bottom except “Made in Japan.” Actually, that is a clue, because for years most cookie jars have been produced in China so Hansel was probably made before the 1970s. He’s an adorable and adventuresome fellow and should be paired with Gretel, his sister. They are featured in our Nursery and Fairy Tales section in “Hansel and Gretel.”
