During this process, certified technicians strip and rebuild the machine, replacing any parts which do not meet production standards. Machines are then restored cosmetically, receiving new overlays, paint, and stickers as needed. Following the remanufacturing process, machines are individually tested before they are released for shipping.   What is Remanufacturing? Remanufacturing is the process of taking a product from a used state and rebuilding it into a like new state.   Treadmills The treadmill is taken apart and receives a new running belt, deck, hardware, and motor brushes. It also receives resurfaced rollers. The bearings are lubricated and regreased. The frame is professionally painted with stock or custom colors. Once the treadmill is put back together it will be cleaned and polished. The treadmill is then tested and shipped. Ellipitcals The elliptical is taken apart and receives new drive belts, hardware ramps, wheels and incline track assembly, and console housing/overlay as needed. Once the elliptical is put back together, it will be cleaned, polished and professionally painted. The elliptical is then tested and shipped. Steppers The stepper is taken apart and receives a new chain, drive belt, hardware and non-skidtape as needed. Once the stepper is put back together, the stepper will be cleaned and polished and professionally painted. The stepper is then tested and shipped. Exercise Bikes The bike is taken apart and receives a new chain, drive belt, and hardware/clips. Once the bike is put back together, it will be cleaned and polished and professionally painted. This product is shipping directly from our manufacturer. After receipt of payment, we require 2-7 weeks to re manufacture your equipment, depending on the type of equipment and the remanufacturing required. You will be notified when your product is ready for shipment.  there will be a 2-7 weeks lead time to recondition your equipment,  • Your freight quote does not include inside delivery unless specified. • Your facility must be accessible to a 70ft truck. • You must have doors wide enough for drivers to get your equipment through without disassembly. • No stairs.
