Pasta: Tortellini en Brodo

Did you know that there is a difference between Tortellini and Tortelloni?  -  Tortellini are smaller 1-2 inches and are meat filled - traditionally Mortadella & Pork.  While Tortelloni are almost always vegetarian filled - usually cheese and are substantially larger... and they both are made to resemble Venus's navel ...
