You can tighten the adapter nut to the tap's nozzle very tight, but not so much that it strips. Sealing is accomplished by a silicone O-ring. So, it can hold pressure up to 2-3 psi. Remember to turn the silicone tubing while pushing it into the push-to-connect fitting. Adjust the head space pressure to get good balance between flow speed and foaming. Over-fill until foam oozing out the top and then cap to minimize air in the bottle. Rinse & sanitize the adapter nut and the tubing right afterward.
