Level 1 solutions The job consists of a road test/pre-inspection checking oil cooler and injector health and other components condition, then we remove the cab from the frame and break down the engine to the block surface. We will then send the heads to the machine shop to get pressure tested and vacuum tested. If both tests pass the heads will then be “machined true”. If they are found to be cracked one or both heads will need to be replaced, with a set or individual remanufactured cylinder head(s). While the heads are at the machine shop, all parts removed from engine will be cleaned along with preparing the block surface. The turbo will be inspected and cleaned if needed. We then start the reassembly process using: - Fel-Pro Head Gaskets - ARP Head Studs - OEM Rocker Box Gaskets - OEM Injector O-ring Kits - Updated OEM 6.4 Banjo Bolts and Washers - OEM Intake Manifold Gaskets - OEM Turbo Hardware Kit - Billet Diesel Site Water Pump - OEM STC fitting kit - OEM Oil Cooler Reseal Kit
