Phippsburg Coffee Table

The Phippsburg Coffee Table is like your grandmother’s favorite cookie reciepe; we still make the Phippsburg exactly the way we made the first one and it always comes out just the way we want it to. Our Phippsburg tables are made from upcycled electrical wire spools that are discarded once they are empty. They are fully disassembled while we work on them and we modify the pieces to make the finished table exactly the height you want. Generally the spools are made in either 28″, 33″, 36" and 40″ diameters, but we are not necessarily limited to those sizes. While our most popular selection is the dark walnut stain shown in the photos, these can be finished in a variety of different ways to achieve the look you want. Our classic Phippsburg table sits on either large felt feet or on rubber castors that are safe for your hardwood, tile, concrete or other floors and rolls smoothly over carpet.
