New York pattern - circa 1940's Ladies' and Misses' Dress: Waist with yoke at front and revers; 3/4 or short sleeves with cuffs; attached four-piece skirt with three-piece circular peplums in two tiers; removable outside belt.  Width at lower edge of skirt, size 16, 63 inches.  Finished center back length fro neck to lower edge, size 16, 46 inches. Size: 14Bust: 32”Hips: 35” Pattern: UC/FF. Unprinted tissue. Comes with paper instructions. Envelope: Fair vintage condition with small tears, some darkness and weakness along sides.
