The outlook of the brass might be varied and might have visible scratches & spots due to the production process. It will not affect the clarity or impression of the seal. You can use sandpaper to bring its luster back or clean it in an eco-friendly way, such as lemon juice.Our handles are hand-painted, might not be perfect. You might see visible scratches, brush
