The air gets a chill in it, the scarves come out, the boots, the vests, and the pumpkin. All the pumpkin things. ALL OF IT. So, Backwoods Suds had to join the pumpkin party and build the perfect pumpkin spice bar! WIth our signature oil blends, a search was done to find something to help us get a beautiful orange color, and while pumpkin is the obvious choice, it showed to be a bit of a trick to get the hang of it in cold process soaps. So, as we always try to find the best benefits for our Sudsters, Carrot powder came into the mix!  Carrot Powder is great for oily, tired and sensitive skins. It not only helps oxygenate, but also detoxifies the skin! It’s known for its aid in rejuvenating skin, smoothing wrinkles, and has been said to help with Rosacea. It is also said to help reduce scars, improve circulation, increase elasticity and provide skin with antioxidants, like beta carotene! Then after all that, we added oodles and bunches of pumpkin spice seasoning to add even more scent
