White Jersey Giants -- Upcoming Hatches

White Jersey Giants are a gorgeous, large white bird that starts off as a cute little gray chickie.  These are some of the largest birds, and are slow growing, but lay 220 -260 eggs a year, so considered good layers.  Docile and calm, they go about their business, laying eggs and clucking happily.  Because of their size, they are sometimes kept as a dual purpose bird for both eggs and meat.
