Our Griddle Plates for Weber Kettle Charcoal Grills are made from 7 gauge cold-rolled steel (3/16" thick). These griddle plates allow you to use your grill as a griddle and add versatility to your outdoor cooking equipment.Our design features an edge that allows you to scrape food up against it to aid in lifting. It also prevents food from rolling off the griddle and into the coals. The griddle plate allows you to lift up the hinged portion of the cooking grate to give access to your coals to better control the heat.  Can be used with or without cooking grate.Available for 18-inch, 22-inch and 26.75-inch Weber products. Can be used on Weber kettles, Weber smokers, and the 22.5-inch size can be used on UDS (Ugly Drum Smoker) style cookers.The griddle plates come unseasoned. Seasoning is required to build up a non-stick surface.
