This go set came to Baduk Club from an antique shop in Saitama, Japan. The board is roughly 2cm thick, and folds with a hinge for compact storage. It comes with its original box. The bowls are chestnut with their original shellac finish. The go stones are glass, approximately 6-7mm. They were not measured or counted. An inscription on the underside indicates that this set once belonged to a go club, probably a rail worker's association in Tokyo. This is a Vintage product.
