Beef Barley Soup makes perfect classic, rich-tasting soup.  Enjoy this filling soup as is or add your choice of stew meat, ground beef.  Add butternut squash and white beans to welcome autumn to your table.  Always a crowd pleaser. Directions: Beef Barley Soup Starter mix2 1/2 quarts waterMix water and soup mix together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
