Embossers/Debossers Perfect for Pastry Chefs or Professional Bakers. Our embossers/debossers will leave a raised design/pattern/lettering on top of your fondant or gum paste. You can use any color fondant or other edible medium and paint the raised areas with edible paints or edible markers to create a different look. (Do not use any paints or markers that are not edible) Made from high quality acrylic to ensure precision stamping each time. Our designs are engraved into food safe clear 1/4" thick acrylic. You have a choice of picking a 2", 2.5” square design if you need for smaller creations like cupcake toppers or a 3” inch square. Size of stamp may vary depending on the design. Due to it's transparent design, this product will enable you to decorate and finish your cakes with ease. As you can see clearly through the scraper, you will be able to see your cake underneath it and therefore have more control and accuracy. Acrylic comes with the cutter.
