Sunflower Sugar Art’s Disco Dusts have a larger grain than Pearl Dust or Sparkle Dust and this makes non edible decorations highly reflective. Non-toxic, 5g.Disco Dust was invented by Sunflower Sugar Art in 1995. Developed for the cake decorating industry, these powdered dusts contain only ingredients that are NON-TOXIC and are ideal for use with gum paste or rolled fondant. Intended for use with the dry form, they may also be mixed with oil-based flavorings or alcohol for painting and highlighting with air brushes. For more permanent application, liquefy with Tylose gum glue or confectioners glaze. Not a food additive and should be removed before serving.
