Half Hogg Comb Honey

Virtually untouched by humans! This pure, natural local comb honey is part of the Half Hogg system which consists of rows of these plastic cassettes. The bees actually build the comb, fill the comb with honey, and cap the honey all in the box it comes in! All we do as the beekeeper is put a lid on it and label it. You quite literally cannot get any closer to nature! Each box contains at least 11 ounces of capped honey. *Despite my best efforts, you may find tacky/slightly sticky waxy residue on the outside of the case in places. While annoying, it’s nothing more than the bees’ “glue” they use inside the hive to secure everything.
